Earlywine YMCA

Provides leadership and serves as a positive role model for a YMCA youth programing. Provides an enjoyable experience that enables the youth to have fun. Provides a safe experience for the youth. Implements the YMCA mission and philosophy. Serves as a liaison between YMCA staff and program participant.
